It has to be like this:
Energy +X (while Health is above 50%)
Improves Skill Recharge (Chance: X%)
If You have something like that just post/msg the stats and ill tell if i can accept them or no

The second cane i need:
Energy +XX -1 En regen
Improves Skill Recharge (Chance: X%)

I got 3 pretty decent mesmer canes. I been holding em but have no issue selling either of em if the price is decent.
